Whether a quick lunch with collegues, a business meeting or a snack break. The restaurant "La Bussola" offers fresh food at every daytime. With its bright and cosy atmosphere it is the perfect place to make a break or have a team meeting. 
 

In our world everything centres on food. Our credo “we love food” stands for our enthusiasm and passion for everything we do.

We cook an authentic cuisine, without much frippery but prepared freshly on site every day – because homemade tastes best! We cook with seasonal and local products. We cook them creatively with love and are inspired by the many cuisines our world has to offer.

Pumpkin season, 27 to 31 October

When the mist rises over the fields in the morning and the leaves turn yellow, orange and red, it's time for pumpkin. This week we are celebrating THE product of the season.

Since February 2016, we’ve had the pleasure of accompanying you through everyday life with culinary delights – serving your favorite dishes and surprising you with new creations.

On Thursday, August 28, 2025, we will say goodbye and hope you will cherish the time we shared as much as we do.

c6 November - "Chögeli-Pastetli" of Lucerne

Today we cook "Chügeli-Pastetli". Probably the most famous dish from the Canton of Lucerne. It's a vol-au-vent with a creamy mushroom sauce and sausage-meatballs.

We combine traditional and modern food prepared freshly in our restaurants. There are three daily menu lines and a large salad buffet to choose from. You have the freedom of choosing your menu the way you like it. Whether you combine the salad buffet with a piece of meat or you wish another side dish to a menu, no problem! The main component (meat, fish, veg) determines the price. Very simple!

CLASSIC, WORLD and GREEN have one component included: Daily Soup, Daily Salad or Daily Dessert.
